LoopTag will happily accept returns due to product defects as long as a request to return is received by us within 7 days of receipt of the item and is returned to us in original packaging, unused and in resalable condition. Item Defects must be inform to loop tag by whats app with images within week once goods receive.

You can return/exchange products via courier. Once we receive the returned item, we will process the exchange and send the replacement product to you. If not available same colour or style will be replace with different colour or different style with same size

Return/Exchange shipping will be paid at the customer’s expense and will be required to arrange their own shipping.
